Moffat Beach Family Medical Practice

Ive been seeing my GP for over 15yrs. The reception staff are incredibly rude & arrogant. I have had reception staff berate me about my private medical and mental health conditions which is unlawful and against my privacy. Management should listen to all of the reviews below from patients and get better reception staff!! Have now left and found a better practice.

I last went to this doctors surgery in 2021 and I haven't been to any other doctors since. When I called to make an appointment I was greeted on the phone by a rude women. I said I would like to make an appointment and she said ok, as I have been to the surgery for a couple of years I would have to come in as a new client and pay a new client fee. I asked why and she said because you haven't been here for 2 years. I haven't been anywhere else either l. What a rip off. Then she put the phone down on me when I said that's not really fair. RUDE... learn some customer service and stop money gouging.

Doctors are fantastic. Caring and empathetic. Reception Staff are fantastic. They listen and help find solutions. Nurse is so nice. I am new to Sunshine Coast and had been visiting same family practice in Brisbane for over 35 years. Tried quite a few doctors up here before finally finding a practice that cares. My 92 year old mum is so happy with her new doctor and now I go there too as well as my husband. Thank you Moffat Beach Practice for your professionalism, caring and making people feel like they matter.

Been seeing Dr Holland for the past 3 years and I think she's great, very thorough, caring and professional. Reception staff are helpful and easy to deal with when making appointments. Nurses are also excellent at what they do. Very happy here.
