This company is beyond what you could expect and will not disappoint. We were going through another broker who were extremely slow and had no sense of urgency. We previously had 3 extensions for deadlines and were at risk of losing the property we had put an offer on. Within 24-48 hours our details were collected and submitted and approved by the final deadline by Shaun at SW Brokerage. Shaun had worked long and hard, after hours and understood the urgency that was now required for us to secure our new home and did it with ease and excellent communication throughout the whole process . To the team at SW Brokerage - Barry Shaun and Leah what an absolute pleasure it has been to deal with you, your conduct, professionalism, communication and attitude are an absolute credit to the company and the culture you create within.
