Alberts Flowers

This shop has a new owner (from looking at previous reviews) and is now called Pollen), and I have to say, I had the worst customer service experience I've ever received since moving to Brisbane last last year. The lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. The flowers were overpriced and of average quality. I wanted to purchase an arrangement but was so offended at how I was brushed aside, I did not purchase and will not be back. I have never written a review prior to this but felt I needed to share my experience.

We brought the Ray White Bridgeman Downs office and had Albert to do all the flower arrangements for our front desk, meeting room and display counter. They are amazing and I can highly recommend Albert's Flowers to anyone!

Gorgeous flowers, wonderful service from both Albert and Rachel, best flowers in Milton. My husband always buys from here with confidence, knowing I will always love them, and I love to pick up floral gifts for friends, never disappointed . Keep up the fantastic work.

I can call from anywhere in the world and they'll deliver beautiful flowers for me, with wonderful service. Such wonderful personalised service and always so helpful.
