The switch was the only easy part about this move to radian because they cant wait to scam you, was told id save money lol what a joke. My second monthly bill was double my first and we had consumed less energy than the previous month, just under $300 monthly your kidding. Well Im off to origin

Service was great. For a single person no Solar Energy Company wanted to help. Radian did. Explained it all clearly to me and I am more than satisfied. Having solar will add value to my home as well as reduce my energy bills. Happy customer.

I am a pensioner. I switched to Radian 4 months ago to get a better deal locked in which they promised me. Not only did they not fulfil their promise but did not even perform the switch from my old company. When I rang to find out why I was still receiving huge bills from my old energy provider they said they hadn't copied down my phone number correctly. Do not waste your time with them. They are disreputable dishonest and totally incompetent.

I could not believe we could have 100% net-zero, renewable energy to our home without installing solar. We made the switch to Radian in under 2 minutes. Seriously. In our family we do what we can for the environment but as a renter, felt green energy was out of our reach - dependent upon (frustratingly slow) Government change or motivated landlords. I wish we had come across Radian sooner.
