Absolutely unprofessional, dishonest and appalling property management. Avoid at all costs. Money hungry. Never even lodged the bond to the RTA and simply stole our money.

It's shocking the number of 5-star reviews Oxbridge has received in the past few weeks, gonna assume they're fake/incentivised. The sheer incompetence and just inability to communicate has made this the worst agency I've ever had to deal with. I'm sure they manage relationships with owners very well $$ but renters should avoid at all costs.

Karen was great to deal with, a nice person and also conducted a very transparent sale process. She was also very flexible allowing us to inspect at short notice, prior to a snap 5 day lockdown. Since purchase she has also given up her time for us to be able to conduct additional inspections of the property to take measurements.

Karen is professional, persistent, listens and understands your needs. Karen lives locally and therefore has great local knowledge of the market and how to attract the right buyer. The property in Mount Martha sold in under two weeks and the price exceeded my expectations. My family and I were really pleased with the outcome and I couldnt recommend Karen more highly.
