I have been a BOQ Middle Park customer for mmmmmm about 12 years or so and Ive had 3 loans and normal bank inquiries and concerns. Every time Ive had concerns the staff have always been helpful and have listened to me and worked through whatever Ive needed help with. John the manager has ran a wonderful caring team for so many years. Recently my wife had a serious concern with her account with money missing, john not only acted quickly he showed a lot of concern. Our family wish to say Thank You to John and the staff also BOQ head office who have kindly resolved and had my wives missing money returned. I could not praise John and his team and BOQ enough for bringing a smile back to my wives beautiful face and confidence that BOQ really does care about their customers.
