        I went to see Kirrily to loose weight. I have tried so many weight loss programs and diets for years. I had to lose 10kgs. I did the Mind My Weight loss program which was 12 sessions. I did it! I lost 10.8kgs. At first I felt overwhelmed but after talking with Kirrily I felt so at ease. Now I am going to do a maintenance program for the next 4 sessions. I did IT! So excited!
