        Terrible and rude service by Receptionists on two occasions recently. The doctors are great but sadly the stress of dealing with arrogance by the administrative staff has taken its toll. When I complained at the service last week I was told by the receptionist stop, youre upsetting me! No concerns whatsoever for the patient who was upset and needed to make a complaint about the service not even a f/up phone call by management to discuss.so I guess we have to accept bad service and on top of that not allowed to complain about it.
