We are really excited to be working with Anna and the team at WOW. She makes sure all our visits are pleasant and informative. Anna took the time to get to know us, understand our needs and wants, our current position, and was then able to tailor a package which best suited our requirements. Anna made sure we fully understood everything she was doing, and would not move on until we did. We feel welcomed and valued, and nothing is too much trouble for her, or the team. Another amazing experience with Michelle who simply goes above and beyond... Michelle first helped us as a Financial Planner where she really listened to what we needed to feel protected with our personal insurances. Since then she helped us re-finance our home loan for a much better rate. Recently, she helped us secure lending to purchase a local business. Michelle really did her research to make sure she found the best product to suit our needs. She tenaciously followed up with insurance companies and banks alike to push each process along and was always prompt with keeping us in the loop. We plan to have her review our finances again and can't recommend her highly enough.
