        AUA were appointed as the body corporate manager for Currumbin Villas over 10 years ago. During this time I found AUA and their support staff to be extremely professional, efficient and go out of their way to please. I would recommend AUA to anyone seeking the services of a Body Corporate Manager. I would like to say a special thank you to Andrea Martin (Manager) and Alicia Carmichael (PA to Andrea) for their professionalism and assistance.

        I have been lucky enough to be involved with the greater AUA team for a number of years and I could not speak more highly of the people we have dealt with in their team since our committee engaged them as our Body Corporate Managers. Their advice, professionalism and assistance in navigating our by-laws has been a breath of fresh air. Could not recommend highly enough!
