I had a medical for a job done on the 18/11/22 through a third party Job fit.
On the 28/11/2022, Job fit had still not received the required medical documents. The position I have applied for contacted me asking if I could call the practice to see what was the hold up.
I called the practice and spoke to a front desk customer service advisor. I asked if the documents could be sent through today as I am on a restricted timeline due to it being over a week since the medical was completed.
The answer was, "no we will send it when we can".
I was not happy with this response and asked to speak to a manager.
The manager said her name was Gemma, Gemma had very poor customer service skills and a really bad attitude. I found her rude and condescending. I explained why I needed the medical to be completed today.
At one point I heard Gemma laughing?! I've never had someone be so unprofessional on the phone before.
I do not not recommend this practice, totally unprofessional, disrespectful and made me feel like it was a joke.
There was no reasonable answer to my question of why has it taken over a week to send the completed medical back to Job fit. Normally as I've done many medicals, it takes a maximum of 72 hours! Not even sorry the reason is because......
Do not get a medical done here, it's the worst practice I've ever been too and there's a reason why the reviews are so bad.
Avoid!!!
