I used to suffer the usual back ailments that come from being office-bound and sitting down all day. When I started to also suffer from a slipped disk in my neck, I started yoga with Steve. After 5 weeks, all the pain was gone. 2 years in I am feeling stronger than I did in my 30s (which is, well, 20 years ago). When I stopped yoga on holidays for 3 weeks the pain returned after 2 weeks, but went almost instantaneously on my return. Safe to say that there is a direct correlation between Steves yoga classes and my old bodys well-being. Pair that with Steves coaching and delivery that puts the guys at ease (no Lycra or chanting) and its easy to recommend YogaJak.

I'm so happy I found YogaJak. I was apprehensive about starting yoga because I found it all a bit intimidating. I shouldn't have worried. Steve is so down to earth, he immediately made me feel at ease and all the other blokes at the class are just like me; It's taken seriously but there's some banter and laughs too. Steve mixes the music up so it's never the same soundtrack and there's a nice mix between flow, restorative etc. If you're on the fence, give it a crack, there's no instagram influences in sight - just a group of gents that enjoy the benefits of yoga in an easy going environment.

I used to suffer from lower back pain. Ive been doing mens yoga consistently for about five months and the pain is gone! I used to get extreme pain when driving long distances. I drove 6 hours the other day and had no pain at all! Definitely worth a try guys. Youve got nothing to lose, but plenty to gain.

Really great classes in a relaxed environment. I really enjoyed the flow of the yoga class and this caters to all levels.
