        came in to get pens for uni and was testing a few out. Was told in a very belittling and rude way that I was not allowed to by Judy. However tester pens and paper are there for a reason. As well as drawings all over the paper already. Judy you are a very rude person and cannot be talking to ANYONE, let alone CUSTOMERS the way that you spoke to me. Learn customer service better, at your age it should be known.

        I don't recommend going there if you need any kind of service. You might as well just order from somewhere else. I don't understand how there can be so much staff positioned in different areas but when you actually need help with a product that you are considering to purchase then apparently they can't come to help you. It's super frustrating.
