Could not have asked for better advice and support from a buyers agent in purchasing an investment property in Maroochydore back in 2016. Ann Lindner Ann Lindner was recommended to Wilma and I through friends and fellow members at the Victoria Golf Club in Melbourne Victoria. Ann had acted as a buyers advocate for our friends, who were looking to purchase a property in South East Queensland, which with Ann's help and guidance they did. They are delighted with there fairly recent purchase and with Ann's assistance. So we went to the Sunshine Coast in November last year and had a preliminary meeting with Ann. She is an extremely well presented, professional and friendly person and after the initial interview we had no hesitation in appointing Ann to find us a suitable property for us to purchase, so that we could have a base to visit our son, daughter-In-Law and Grandson who had shifted up to Queensland. Several things about Ann impressed us very much. > She closely questioned us to our requirements, price range, and type of property we were looking for > She said she would never show us a property that she wouldn't be prepared to live in herself ( we were very impressed with this ) > She said it might take months to find the right property for us, and it did take about 5 months to find the " right place " We bought a beautiful apartment at Cotton Tree. > She kept us optimistic during the process > She didn't barrage us with properties, which would have been an easy ( and confusing for us ) approach. > She was all over what to look for, what possible downsides to a property their might have been, and all sorts of things including body corporate fees, local laws, planning regulations. > She even helped us obtain consent from the body corporate to have our own wonderful old dog permission to be with us at our new acquisition. > She has introduced us to local people that we needed to deal with including Lawyers, tradesmen, and has helped with finding a suitable letting agent, for when we want to rent our property. > Nothing was/is too much trouble for Ann. She is reproachable and responsive, and has been with us during the whole process, right through the initial interview, property search, and through settlement. And Ann has made it clear she will help in any way she can going forward in the future, and we believe her !!! Ann and Anthony helped us purchase our home in 2008. Ann's thorough research and assessment of the true value of the house gave us comfort we were making the right decision. We felt we had a champion Buyer's Agent representing OUR interests. I was away during the auction process but Ann and Anthony supported and advised my wife every step of the way, which gave us confidence in our purchase. Ann was awesome in searching for and ultimately finding our new home. After looking at quite a few places, Ann threw in a "wild card" property outside the area we were looking ..... and we bought it. Without Ann's expert knowledge of the area and the local property market, we would still be looking and never have found the hidden gem that is now our home. Thanks Ann!
