We honestly cannot recommend Wes enough. I look back on our experience and we were incredibly high maintenance with some really challenging expectations. My husband was focused on the sale amount while I was mostly worried about opening our home to the public while trying to keep it as our safe and organised family home. Wes managed to host two record number open homes over two days yet not a single thing was out of place or blade of grass left on the floor once he was finished, all of this with minimal advertising so he clearly put in lots of work beforehand. Within hours, Wes returned to us with an astonishing amount of offers and all well over our asking price. On top of this, Wes had the ability to settle our nerves, keep our beloved fur baby safe, work within our newborns sleep/feed schedule AND kept us laughing during the whole experience. He found our dream buyer, went above any beyond in every step and even took care of us well into settling into our new home. This guy is an absolute legend and youd be mental to sell with anyone else, 5 stars are nowhere near enough!
