This realestate should be investigated for fraudulent claims, lies and theft. They have a very consistent track record of making false claims against their tenants and trying to claim the whole bond. They have a huge amount of rental properties that are falling apart and they use this to their advantage when it comes to releasing bond back to their tenants. They also make up fake documentation for inspection reports and never follow through on maintenance requests, even when they could be hazardous and potentially harmful to the tenants. I could continue for hours listing all the reasons i would a steer clear of this company, they are wolfs and have zero care or consideration for their tenants. Shame on you SCPR.

We left our home in the hands of SCPR over a year ago now and we could not be happier with their services and communication. We have no hesitation in recommending them as they have managed our property and our tenants in a manner that has allowed us peace of mind whilst we are interstate. We regularly receive detailed inspection reports with photographs, and we are always able to contact them and have any concerns or queries responded to promptly. Thankyou SCPR

Extremely disappointed. Put in an application for a rental property and did not hear anything for nearly 3 weeks. In those 3 weeks the property price changed, as well as the move in date and I did not receive any notification of this. Called after 2 weeks to check on the application as I noticed they were having their SECOND open house, still with no notification/ communication of this, and was told the applications were still processing. Wanted to be patient so did not call back until nearly 3 weeks after and on the call was then told another applicant was successful. We were not told anything and instead sat around for 3 weeks waiting for nothing. I will be avoiding all rental properties from this company. Extremely let down and just feel plain stupid.
