We have used Mountain Tides Plumbing recently to uninstall our old hot water system and reinstall a brand new solar hot water system. We also used this service for a toilet repair some time ago. They were on quote, on time and it was so easy to talk through recommendations for replacement systems. Timely, professional and very friendly. Bens done an amazing job looking after the plumbing at my rental property in QLD. Weve had a few backyard drainage issues recently that he was able to help sort out. He was really clear in his communications in respect of the work that was required, sending through marked-up photos of the property to show exactly what he wanted to do to fix our drainage issues. This was really helpful for me in visualising the work, as I live interstate and therefore couldnt be there in person. His quality of work is second to none and he is super reliable and trustworthy which can be hard to find in a tradie sometimes! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Bens services to others.
