        Both my husband and myself have been going to Pilates for over 15 years with Kate and cant speak highly enough of how professional and cable of dealing with ageing problems she is. Will continue to attend this friendly great business.

        Dean and I have been going to Physio Fitness Sunshine Coast for 5 years now. We see Kevin Guest for our Physio needs and Kate Wadley the Exercise Physiologist for our Clinical Pilates. We love our Pilates classes, Kate keeps us motivated and we can see the benefits of coming twice a week. Over the years we have found the staff to be very friendly and efficient.
