I have been visiting and having sessions at the Kaizen Exercise Physiologists gym for over 2 years now.I found that my type 2 diabetes improved dramatically,and I have lost 6kgs in weight!The Staff are very professional and can Taylor a plan to suite your requirements!I highly recommend David and Hamish and the entire staff!Well done!

Amazing team of knowledgeable and welcoming practitioners who genuinely care. I have been seeing Dave Liow every two to three weeks for 10 months, originally to rehab post knee surgery. Under his guidance I have exceeded my expectations of what I am able to do post surgery, in much less time than expected. I am moving and lifting the best I have in 3 years. Dave is an expert in his field and is regularly running trainings for others in the industry. He always has a new and interesting program for me, and helps tweak the exercises or troubleshoot any niggles I have to keep me progressing. I cannot recommend Kaizen enough!

Working with the team at Kaizen EP has made a great difference with not just my movement but my overall wellbeing. Having numerous health challenges including arthritis I am amazed at the improvement from just after my first session. Highly recommend.
