We have had nothing but good experiences with this place, staff are helpful and informative, we didn't achieve our desired outcome but the team at shine helped us make the best out of a bad situation, their advise is real and NOT unrealistic, will definitely be going here for further legal advise :)

What these people do should be against the law . My grandma was hit in the rear when she was at traffic lights and she made the mistake of letting these people take the case . There was no court dates no mediation days just this company talking with the other parties CTP insurer , they pushed and pushed her to settle for 30 grand , when it came time to pay out they gave her 7 grand and took the rest 15 grand for them and the rest was disbursement which is fancy talk they said for the medical appointments the lawyers sent her to so they could win the case. Disgusting nan cant work 5 days now only 3 as she gets to much back pain sitting so working and income has been reduced dramatically and all this top tier lawyer could do was get her 30 grand and then took 23 for themselves . Disgusting
