Alison knows her job extremely well, does tell the truth, shes great with statistics, comparison and giving advantages and disadvantages. Alison can answer any question, can give a valuation on a spot. After our appointment we have a straight knowledge on whats our next steps and plans, what on we need to concentrate to reach our goal. Alison also has a very bright personality, positive attitude and extremely helpful. Looking forward to talk to Alison again.

I met Alison at a community event, and was so grateful for the time she took to walk me through the process of buying a home in Australia, even if it was only about 2 years away. She was patient and very knowledgeable. Not quite 6 months after our chat, my husband and I found an awesome 'forever home' opportunity and decided to reach out to Alison to see if we could make it work. Alison was quick to provide advice, got all the numbers back to us in a short time frame and walked us through what to expect in great detail. We decided to go for it and put an offer in on our dream home... We had all the documents completed and signed, and my husband and I were off on an international holiday while the bank and Alison were sorting out the home loan. In this period I felt that communication fell over a bit and I had to reach out to Alison more often than I would have liked. She did explain that she was very busy but that she would reprioritise our home purchase. From then onwards we were kept in the loop and the sale went through smoothly. We also required a personal loan for renovations, and Alison passed our details on to the Aussie personal loans group, and Hayden has been absolutely great to work with. We will be using Alison and Aussie in the future and we would recommend them to friends and family.
