We have been insured with Topsail for almost 2 years, and we can certainly say we have made the right choice. Communication has been great, we have all our questions and concerns addressed straight away. We recently had to go through lodging a significant claim, and the entire process went smoothly, all assessments done and money paid into our account without any delays.
