        Andrea (The Manager) was kind, honest and fantastic to deal with. We had booked 5 nights accommodation at the Sunshine Towers Boutique Apartments in Maroochydore and were a week away from our arrival when the QLD border was shut down due the Coronavirus spike in NSW. Our booking had fallen into the non-refund period and we were devastated that our holiday had to be cancelled and that we were potentially going to lose all our money paid. Thankfully Andrea was very understanding and happily refunded the full amount which we are very grateful for and really appreciate! It's very assuring to know that there are people like Andrea that will be flexible in uncertain times which we are currently living in. I highly recommend dealing Andrea and encourage other guests to stay at the Sunshine Towers Boutique Apartments knowing that you will be looked after and are dealing with honest hosts/managers!
