        From the day I signed up the assistance has always been professional and friendly. I regularly check prices with other funds and Westfund is consistently better value for money. Just today I used live chat to enquire about my policy, and ended up saving $15 a month. Unlike some other funds with obscure and distant Providers of Choice, theirs are local and easy to find. Highly recommend having a chat with them to get a quote at least.

        I have never experienced better customer service! Not only is it a good health fund, but they also go the extra mile - We have received handwritten notes following up on recent visits. They even sent us a gift-wrapped Jellycat bunny when we added our newborn to our policy. You get what you pay for! Thanks, Westfund!
