Very poor customer service. Reception staff purposely disconnected the call when asked for something. On calling again they put call on hold and didn't get back to me anytime.

This was honestly the worst healthcare experience I have ever had, not only did she disregard my mental health struggles in the appointment, but I never received my bloods results, despite calling and asking them to be uploaded to my health record twice. Now I go on my health record to see that there is still no pathology report, but a health summary from the appointment that did not mention anything about my chief worries (family history of high cholesterol and anxiety), but did get my hormonal condition wrong, labeled as endometriosis instead of pcos, which it actually is. Im just flabbergasted with how bad of healthcare this was, the clinic should be ashamed.

I went in last week to see the doctor salam. This heffer behind the counter who looks like Nicky Nicholls was giving me a dirty look when I tried checking in and rolled her eyes at me. I didnt want to give a negative review as this is only one staff member and upon seeing what was happening another member of staff (I asked after her name was Lisa) came over and went above and beyond to make sure I was seen to and comfortable. She apologised and even asked if I was thirsty and brought me over a cup of water while I waited. She made me feel cared for when I was feeling bad so I just wanted to give her a shout out. Doctor salam was also very meticulous and great
