        For Mothers day I was sent flowers from my children in Melbourne . The flowers arrived but looked as though they had run out of flowers and just put leftovers together!! Most mothers would not say anything but on behalf of all Mothers I contacted the store and dealt with a woman that was annoyed that I called with a dismissive attitude said she would send a bunch of Lillys as a replacement. For the cost of flowers on Mothers Day the advantage taken by this business is insulting.
