Wonderful experience getting our carpets from Impact Floors. The salespeople in the showroom gave quality advice and answered all our questions. The measurement and quote process was very efficient and timely. The actual laying of the carpet was also done in a very professional way and we are very happy with our new carpets. What a transformation! My floors look absolutely stunning. The team at Impact Floors are so professional, honest and very good at what they do. The fitters were on time, very professional, and did a fantastic job. They left the site very clean and tidy as well. So happy I chose a local family run business instead of a massive chain store. Best service, great workmanship and honest advice. 100% 5 star recommendation.
