We had already advanced a fair way in our building project before we became aware of Drake Consultants. As we are inexperienced with building, and this is a large expensive project, we asked Drake if they could look over everything we had done so far. This included the design, the builder we had chosen, the contract and all other small and large details. This is not exactly Drakes normal way that they provide a service, if we had known more we would've had them oversee the entire project from the start. Drake were good enough to work with us on an hourly basis to help us understand the process and feel comfortable moving ahead.
