The way we were looked after was truly exceptional. It took one visit there and the decision was made. Not sure if it is part of Lexus experience to let you examine the car on your own before any sales staff approaches you. We spent quite some time sitting in the car on our own in an empty show room before anyone attempted to show us around. Didn't really feel like exploring the option any further, moved on to other alternatives on our list

I have just taken delivery of my new Lexus vehicle, the whole process with Sydney and a little with John, was well communicated and professional. Because of my situation of losing my other vehicle I was even offered a courtesy vehicle while mine was being readied.
