Responsiveness, quick turn around, customer service focus and ability to take on feedback would be the opportunities to develop here from our experience as paying customers. Disappointed Melanie didn't really take on our feedback as a paying customer. The first thing we got her to do we had to chase up and we thought small business they are busy and then we tried to get more things done same thing chase up a few times, we are just expanding to much to have to remember to chase up services which we are going to pay for. We had to advise we had to go elsewhere to get what we needed sorted quicker and then to get what was pretty much a redundant statement in an email saying we arent the right accountants for you didnt really make a lot of sense since we went elsewhere. No one is perfect we get that but it really costs nothing to thank a customer for feedback and their usage of your services its business basics 101 in my opinion even if you think its not going to work out.
