Gavin O'Donnell Building Design

Gavin designed our back deck extension, and we couldn't be happier. The space has given us so much more room as a family and the valuation of our home has significantly increased as a result of the works. Gavin was great to work with and really listened to our wants and needs and delivered a great design.

Gavin O'Donnell at Gavin O'Donnell Building Design has been designing a pool house separate to a new home build for me. He has completely understood the brief on the look and finish I wanted, to compliment the house and pool. From day 1, Gavin has been so easy to communicate with, so interested in the projected and has made terrific suggestions about the layout of the building for its purpose. He has had to coordinate with several other people involved in the total build and has done this patiently and considerately. Gavin understands local Council regulations and confirms all aspects are correct in the design for building approval. I highly recommend Gavin for your design and building project planning. He is excellent at his profession.

Gavin has designed, drafted and help oversee several projects for my family and myself. His design ideas are excellent, showing consideration for budget constraints, building regulations and most importantly our personal preferences. Weve found Gavin and his team extremely approachable at all times, which in our case was quite a lot, as we made many changes along the way. The end results of our projects are just brilliant, more than we could have hoped for, and these results are testament to Gavins design and guidance. I enjoyed working with Gavin on a recent design project. He quickly took on the information and understood the direction of the project. He produced excellent working drawings from my sketch designs with minimal amendments. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
