Omega Health Medical Centre Cairns

Do not attend this GP. I had an incident happen to me which i complained about. Had a very rude phone call with the centre manager who did not accept any responsibility and brushed off my concerns. In addition to this, the clinical knowledge and skills of the GP I have seen at Omega Health have been mediocre to say the least. Extremely concerning. I will not be returning

Whatever you do ,do not use telehealth they will take your $80 say you need to recheck in few days just to collect another $80 of you absolute joke.

I have found that a some of my medical concerns have blatantly been overlooked. Just recently I told one of the doctors there that I was having stomach issues and a red rash. He tackled my other health concerns but completely ignored this other issue. Other doctors have spoken over the top of me when I am describing my health concerns and it's distressing that they can be so ignorant and rude and still paid the amount they get. This doctor shortage is making the doctors that are there think that they can put in minimal or no effort at times or treat people with disrespect. Disappointing.

Booked in for procedure this am. I had cancelled other appointments to make it. Luckily I had the appointment card with me, but no appointment booked. Receptionist failed to put in the booking. Grrrr
