I purchased a secondhand air conditioner from Dati that they had removed from their new premises. They said it was in good working order, so we agreed on a price. They came over and installed the unit but there were issues from the start. Once installed the system had no gas and they had to re-gas it - didn't think much of this at the beginning as I thought nothing of this. Next it was leaking water from the indoor head unit. They came back and gooed it up with silicone - not installing the correct part. Really the technician didn't want to come over again - they had their money. The unit continued to leak water and blowing hot. The 7kw Daikon unit couldn't cool down a medium sized room. Having had the run around from Dati through the bad install of their faulty product, we had a professional company come out and complete a full service. They found that unit had a leak and suggested that the install company would of possibly new these issues with the unit having to re-gas it. The air conditioner was irreparable and had to be replaced. It should never have been sold in the first place and just thrown out or used for parts. So, my experience with Dati was extremely dodgy and I would not recommend them due to a lack of integrity and professionalism all for trying to make a quick buck. I should have seen the signs along the way but put my misplaced faith into a company that has no scruples. I hope they spent my money well and got a better deal than I did. The upshot of this was I would have used them to replace the rest of my air conditioners if the experience I had was not so corrupt. They should have bitten the bullet and not gone through with the sale on the grounds that the unit was not fit for sale. Once again would I recommend Dati? After this experience not on my life what a waste of money and time. They knew the unit was not fit for resale but still went ahead. Service: Electrical wiring installation

Called for a job quote, they said a specific person has to call me back the next day about the quote. "That's fine no problems" I said. 3 weeks later still waiting for a phone call... Got the job done from someone else.
