Optimal Pharmacy+ Raintrees

I have used the Optimal Pharmacy for over the last 2 years as my regular pharmacy. The staff are very professional and very helpful with any questions I may have, the staff are also very friendly and I will continue too use this pharmacy as my regular pharmacy for the future.

I have been a customer for a period of four years, the staff reserved toilet paper for it's customers throughout COVID restrictions.The Pharmacy Staff are so respectful and they make me feel valued. Totally family atmosphere and they are always happy to assist me, Thank You.

After having a migraine for 5 days I asked the pharmacist if there is anything that could help, being that I couldn't get into my doctor for another 3 days. She told me I would have to wait to see my doctor. I thought I would try another pharmacy just to see if there was another option because I was in agony, and the other pharmacist from a chain of pharmacies close by listened to me when I explained my ongoing health issues and was able to give me three different medications to get me though until I can see my doctor, and also took the time to explain how they can help me and also told me that if the migraine doesn't stop by tomorrow, that I should go to the hospital to get a drip.

On holidays here...needed a script faxed here..no problem..unfortunately the pharmacy couldn't provide my drops but immediately offered to ring other pharmacies to find what I required..didn't get the lovely young ladies name but I got the drops and had to share how helpful and friendly the entire staff were...keep up the wonderful service you are beautiful people in a sometimes not beautiful world ..thanks again
