I would not recommend this company. The gentleman who performed the inspection did not check any of the appliances throughout, did not look at basic plumming issues (leaky taps or water hammer) until I pointed them out to him, and as quite rude and condescending to deal with. He did pick up on an issue with shower leaking which was good, however did not have a moisture detector to check for moisture in walls indicating water leaks. I have previously engaged other building inspectors who did all of these things. Customer service was initially ok until I paid the invoice at which point they simply did not respond to emails about an error in the report I was seeking clarification on.

This is the second time we have needed All Building Inspections expertise. The report was comprehensive and made us confident in our decision to purchase a property on both occasions.
