Its very saddening to read others' negative reviews of Clif because I had a positive experience. I suffer from chronic back pain. Talking about my pain is a sensitive topic, and I can quickly become emotional. Clif was very kind and thoughtful, answering my questions and giving his opinions.

Currently being treated for PTSD from my time here. I went from a fully functioning full-time post grad student to not being able to feed or bath myself. I'm pretty sure it's against Google's user terms to give a full factual account of my experience. "Best practice" is now survival of the fittest and if you have a crippling disease and can't run the pain away, sorry, cant help you. Welcome to Australia's fully legal eugenics program, happening in plain sight.

Utterly appalling. Zero professionalism or compassion let alone even customer service. The old hags working on reception need to get new jobs in a dark room where they do not interact with other people because they definitely have no understanding of patient care or customer service. DO NOT GO HERE

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a doctors service or almost any service ever. The receptionist are horrible old women who think it is appropriate to be rude too patients. The whole reason people attend this over-priced clinic is because they are ins every pain and looking for help and they are met with absolute disgusting behaviour and zero compassion. I feel severely triggered by the way I have been treated. People like this should not be in business.
