Solar Service Guys

We had a solar system that we installed by Euro solar, that have now gone under. We were at a total loss and no one would come to help us when the battery stopped working. Solar service came out and gave our system a clean and service, also we're able to fix the setup back to working order. The service guys that came out were super helpful.

Service technicians were professional, on time and very helpful. Administration was a tad clunky having to wait a few days to get appt times sent through rather than have the convo real time. But the actual work and team sent out were brilliant.

Good Service excellent report - Recommended In an industry full of shonky registered solar installers who provide poor installation, require fully paid up front new installation payment and will not return to undertake remedial work, this company provides a fair and accredited installation review of a new or fault installation. I have had installation companies undertake poor/incorrect installations - combined with electrical inspectors who no longer examine the roof panel install - Solar Service Guys have provided a balanced report to commence remedial discussions with these incalcitrant companies. I recommend any person having a new system installed, that they make, as a requirement of a Solar Service Guys inspection, & installation remediation, if necessary, mandatory as part of their contract. In the event your chosen installer refuses this offer - you have been dealing with a poor installer - discard and find another. I have had two such installers who I failed to detect in time.
