I went to Torga Optical North Lakes because I was struggling to see the board during my lectures at Uni with my old glasses and thought I should have an eye test. The staff were extremely welcoming when I walked into their store and they were able to fit me in for an eye test right then! The optometrist Kathy was extremely thorough, she even answered all the questions I had, explaining what she was doing and just being an all-round bright personality to have testing my eyes. Once I finished my eye test as well the stylists in the store were amazing at styling me up, giving me recommendations, grabbing a wide selection of frames for me to choose from which they thought would suit me. It honestly looked and felt like they were having so much fun styling me up which really made the process so much more enjoyable for me. NOT TO MENTION their SPECTACULAR frame range!! The pricing as well was extremely affordable and understandable when I found out that it's all manufactured by themselves and they don't just outsource the production to some third party mass-production factories. And I must say, after picking up the glasses, I'm in LOVE with them! They are extremely light and comfortable and the vision is crystal clear! All in all I could not be happier with my experience at Torga Optical North Lakes, they really made the whole process so so SO enjoyable and I can not wait to go back to get my next pair!

Buyer beware. Went to purchase new rimless frames. I had old silhouette titanium glasses I was swapping the lenes out of into a new frame. I was show the frames in store as silhouette titanium glasses. A one for one swap. When I get the new frames home discover the frames are the store brand Torga Optical, not Silhouette. Not once was I informed they were not Silhouette frames or store brand. Very misleading. Then to revert my lenses back to my old to old frames they want to charge me $50. I felt very deceived.

I will never use them again. I wish I took a copy of the discussed order I had made with the lady and she wrote on the board. I agreed to what was on the board. When I got my glasses after paying nearly $400 per glasses, I did not receive what I thought was the order she put through. I called to complain and she said it wasn't ordered. I'm so angry, I already have a pair of these glasses and wanted the same pair but transitional, the lens where not even thinned and i dought anti-glare either, which again was what we had discussed. I feel ripped off and should have gone with the other company that was offering 3 glasses for the price I paid for 2 yet didn't even get what I asked for
