        The Hridhaya Centre for Wellbeing provides a positive environment to hold meetings of any kind. Natural light and aesthetically pleasing it made for a very productive session.

        I hold my meditation classes at the centre, it is very clean, comfortable and a tranquil place for meditation. I recommend the the services available from the centre, other meditation classes and practitioners who work there. If you need a space to hire there are different rooms available at reasonable rates
