Very poor attitude from reception staff wouldn't recommend.

Would have rated them lower if there was an option I could see. They charged for a Warranty Repair because they didn't use parts. Openly agreed the generator wouldn't start, then found that charging the battery allowed some function for excitation that in turn enabled the generator to start. No mention anywhere that this function exists, they are thieves. Go elsewhere if you're able to.

Took my engel fridge in to see what was wrong with it. Ararently the compressor is un servicable. When asked what the problem was in the compressor i was told it just needs replacing. No explanation as to why or what the problem was. A new compressor was quoted at $680 when a new fridge with the exact same compressor in it is on special for $699. Someone is loading mining tax on the job somewhere. I was also threatened with $50 per month plus gst storage fee unless i paid in full before picking up fridge within 24 hours. When picking up fridge i was then slapped with a 1.95% surcharge for using eftpos plus gst. And they will not except cash, cheque or bank cheque as a payment. Do not waste your time or money with these fools
