Phillip's extensive knowledge, original and engaging teaching style made each training session both informative and enjoyable. His passion for the subject matter was evident, as he went above and beyond to ensure that I had a thorough understanding of the material. He also provided constructive feedback and encouragement where I needed it, which helped me improve and gain confidence. Sandra was equally remarkable in her role as admin manager. She was incredibly organized and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from registration to certification. Her friendly demeanor and prompt communication made it easy to ask questions and get the information I needed. Sandra's efficiency and attention to detail made the administrative side of the training seamless and hassle-free.
