Extremely disappointed by Craig's lack of understanding/professionalism. We were using Craig to help us get our first home loan as first home buyers we didn't know the in's and out's of how to get a home loan so we appointed Craig as our broker prior to COVID we were in a better position to build a home although once Covid hit we were no longer able to build our first home as my husband was on job keeper and we had more financial stressors to deal with we ended up having to buy an older home. We decided we would try and get our home loan by ourselves due to the cost savings. We did end up being able to successfully get a smaller mortgage by our own means, however once Craig found out he rang my husband and was SO rude and didn't care that we were First home buyers/ being on job keeper at the time. He was angry and frustrated that he wasn't getting his payday. All I can say is that we won't forget how rude and non professional he acted towards us.

Very disappointed with service. Paid a large fee to get Craig working on my loan, but in the end he said he couldn't do it. Ended up going with a FREE broker that managed to get my loan approved with one of the Big 4. Save your money and use a FREE broker. He did come back to me later with an alternative, but surely someone charging a large amount would be able to get a loan approved with the Big 4 if another broker could do the same. Not impressed.
