Hyperdome Medical Centre

Had an appointment to see the doctor for my 91yo mum, we got there a little early, we were still waiting 40 mins after the appointment time, not even communicating with us about the delay. I then spoke to the receptionist who told us there was one more patient ahead of us, she then asked if we wanted to cancel and I was happy to walk out of the medical centre and would never go back. Why have an appointment where they can't even keep it but happy to charge you if you're 10 mins later .... pathetic...!!!!

For the first time ever, I received a phonecall from the doctor to check in with me to see how I was doing after my appointment. Dr June took the time to call and discuss my results after the tests came back.. wonderfully personal service and genuine care factor . I'm super appreciative!! We need more young professionals in medicine just like Dr June.. Thankyou

The team at Hyperdome Medical Centre Bryants road provide consistently high standards of care and professionalism throughout all interactions. The doctors take the time to genuinely listen to patients concerns and the front reception staff are absolutely wonderful. It is very refreshing to be greeted with a smile and understanding communication as soon as one enters the front door. Thank you Hyperdome Medical team for always going above and beyond.

I've been a patient of hyperdome medical for several years now. Vera and the reception team do a fantastic job given the volume of customers they see on a daily basis and I couldn't be happier with the service. Reading some of these 1 star reviews just shows how much some people could learn from these kind and caring staff.
