Thankfully had a great experience with Springers. We decided to upgrade our solar and get rid of our old system. Aidan from Springers was one of the only people to actually come look at our property and discuss our needs in person. The quote was written up and sent to us quickly. Initially we were given a lead time of 13 weeks; the long lead time wasn't discussed until the quote was accepted, which annoyed me a bit - My irritation was unfounded because they managed to get the components and book me in within 3 weeks. Installation took only a day. They were punctual on the day. Unfortunately, we ended up with a faulty inverter. Which happens. I was able to contact them really easily and quickly, it was checked that day and replaced the following day. They're a bit more expensive than the other quotes we received, but I chose to go with them in the end because they quoted for what I wanted, with their expertise thrown in, quoted really good quality components and had the best communication of all the companies I contacted (which was a LOT). It feels like the genuinely care about the customer, our needs and outcomes. It never felt forced, or like a sales pitch in the slightest. Happy with the system installed. Will come back and add/alter review in the future if anything plays up and how it's dealt with. Overall, they're worth the extra bit more $$.

After many years of solar salespeople from numerous other companies telling me that I had too much shade on my house roof for solar to work I contacted SPRINGERS, SUCCESS Now, many years after the Solar Installation from the professional options suggested by Springers, my family is not only grateful for the very generous $aving$ but continually benefits from their after sales service. Nothing is a problem A genuine company with pleasant and honest staff, Thank You 3x Cheers

A thoroughly professional outfit from first contact: through the sales process, office admin, regular updates and communication, little titbits of information as we waited, then today they turned up, on time, 5 of them ready to work straight away and they kept at it till it was done. Every little challenge my somewhat uniquely built home threw at them they found a way around, they dealt with one little mishap, and they cleaned up afterwards. I am fully functional, same day. And entirely entranced by the app showing energy usage/export. This is a good mob ... thoroughly recommended!!
