Hoek Modular Homes

My wife and I unfortunately burnt our home to the ground on Christmas Eve 2021, the remains needed to be demolished. Our insurance company was fantastic but typically when you mention "insurance" to builders up goes the price except in the case of Hoek modular homes, they gave us a fixed price contract and the price stayed firm. THE PROCESS: Our first appointment we inspected a number of homes and floor plans plus an inspection of the factory (some houses are built in the factory and some on site,ours was built on site) Considering myself a bit smarter to some husbands I basically just shut up and nodded agreement while my wife outlined her "must have" requirements. The sales staff were brilliant at their job and made several cost saving suggestions. Communication The contract portfolio contained all drawings and specifications, progress payments and every week we received an email containing work done through the week and what was happening the following week The tradesmen were absolutely brilliant as was our site supervisor that kept things happening. The tradies were weii coordinated (carpenter, plumber, electrician, painter, cabinet maker ECT. My wife had another meeting to make colour selections and tapwear and floor coverings. From construction start to finish took approximately 4 months. We cannot thank Hoek enough for the thourally professional manner the way they conduct their business. Faye and I have no hesitation in recommending Hoek Modular Homes to anyone looking for a quality value for money home Robert and Faye O'Sullivan

After having a granny flat built by Hoek Homes, there's nothing I would change apart from stressing less! Horror stories about building companies really didn't relate to Hoek at all. The sub-contractors made this 'on-site' build easy to cope with, the foreman really can't be commended highly enough for bringing the project to its completion and making sure the finish was acceptable for all.
