Bec recently sold us our family home and we couldn't have been more impressed with her service and professionalism! Friendly, prompt and efficient service through all aspects of the sale. Bec also managed the property with tenants for a period of time before we moved in and we were thrilled with her property management service also. Managers4u "Northern Gold Coast property managers" have been looking after both our properties since April 2017. One property is an apartment where they are the building managers as well and besides being very competent in management of the buildings day to day matters and cleanliness of the public areas they carry out the management duties of our unit also in a very professional manner. They manage our house rental as well including the lawn maintenance with professionalism and dexterity. Monies from the rentals are always paid promptly each month with an easy to read invoice and their commission fees are very reasonable. We all know you do not get anything for nothing and with Managers4u you receive a lot for a very reasonable fee. It is certainly a relief in our being overseas to have such a competent hands on team. So seeking a manager for your property go no further. They could be the right company 4u.

My husband and I have 2 properties and I have more involvement in the building management side of things. Many buildings we know of have managers who do not do much and are never available out of hours but Managers4U is definitely different. Long weekend or late at night not a problem. We recently had major leak problems above unit 12 in torrential rain. Managers4U were on to it and I and other unit owners were very impressed. Could have been much much worse without their immediate attention. This will always be remembered. This is one of a few examples of their top class service. Have a building with managers lacking in service. I recommend Managers4u.
