Arrived to find no coat hangers to hang clothes no chest of draws or bed side table in second bedroom just a wardrobe. Also no fan. Shower leaking none stop no fan so bathroom steams up so cant see in the mirror. Towel rail in main bathroom broken off. 1 tea towel for a nine day stay. Microwave a breeding ground for cockroaches so forever spraying but far too many living in the machine. So not a great place when advertised as luxury far from it. Not great when you have to go and buy hangers And a fan plus tea towels also a decent fry pan as just the basic and not great either

Today is our last day staying inthis apartment for a week and I should say we enjoyed it.Easy access to theme parks outlet store,malls,grocery stores etc.A/C works really well and the bedrooms were clean,specially the matresses and pillows are all brand new.we just wanna say thank you to Murray who was so very accommodating and very nice when he found out that i jlhad a knee surgery,he immediately changed our apartment in the lower floor so i don't need to go up &down the stairs.Would love to come back here again and would recommend this place to our friends.Very affordable,accessible to everything,clean,secured parking.Thanks again Murrayxxx

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment very spacious and clean, well equipped apartment and fully functional kitchen, close to shops, surfers paradise and theme parks, Murray the Manager is a very helpful nice person to chat with, My Family enjoyed the pool and spa area, I highly recommend Champelli it's a delightful place situated in a awesome location. Thank you so much Murray
