Thank you to Robert and the team at Thomson Law for getting a great result in my sisters family law matter. My sister was able to settle the matter at a Zoom mediation and avoid going to a long and stressful trial saving huge costs. Thomson Law developed an effective strategy to counter stalling tactics, non-disclosure of financial details and reluctance to participate in mediation on even terms. Thomson Law also secured the release of joint money held by the Husband prior to the mediation as this money may have had to be earmarked as a possible war chest going forward. Thomson Law responded effectively to all the challenges including my sisters hospitalisation, they showed professionalism throughout to ensure all the possible bases were covered keeping us fully briefed on developments including a Medico-legal Report and specialist advice of a Leading family law Barrister to ensure we were fully prepared to counter any arguments at the mediation.
