All the doctors and everyone at the practice look after my mum and I extremely well. Everyone is always very helpful , friendly and very professional and our health needs are always met above and beyond . This practice also offers so many different services as well. It is handy to us and we have been going there since 2004.

Dr Bartlett and the team have always gone above and beyond to support my family and I. The team here go beyond a normal practice environment to ensure your healthcare needs are met. My family and I have always been welcomed and found it easy to build a good rapport with the whole team at Castle Hill Medical Centre. The Drs here are straight to the point and deliver high quality care.

Updating my review, this practice still has not released my medical records. They illegally claimed that I could not access them directly myself, and told me I'd have to get them signed over to my new GP, so I signed the appropriate paper work to do so, and my new GP has still not received my medical history, four months later. I have been at this practice since I was a child and it has declined rapidly in the last five years. There are good doctors here, but they only stay a year and then move on. Have been trying to find out what's wrong with my daughter as she is sick more than healthy and these "doctors" refuse to see her, and when they do they just bandaid the problem. I've actually had more long term help and advice at the emergency room than I have at this practice. I've also had my own health problems that they have misdiagnosed leading to an extra year of hurting my injury instead of helping it. Will be contacting the health ombudsman about this practice as they do not care about their patients, only about their masseratis.
