I requested and accepted quote for various works from this business. I informed Josh these needed to be completed in 10 days as I was returning to Sydney. "No worries" replied Josh. Well after numerous texts, phone calls and emails, the majority going unanswered, I received repeated confirmation that they could deliver. It nevertheless transpired that neither job was completed as promised. I even visited the business at the eleventh hour as I could not get a response. I then cancelled the jobs only to be later told as I departed for the airport, 1 of the jobs was ready. I advised Josh it was far too late and that I was very disappointed in the extremely poor communication, lack of ownership, and sense they did not care that I had been hugely inconvenienced. Never again!

I was very happy with the custom-made, powdered coated privacy screen that Josh made. Josh was easy to deal with and his communication was good. I would certainly deal with SC CNC Profile Cutting again.
